Rants like this will raise interest rates.

This is pro-inflation rhetoric. Markets will, eventually, take note and demand higher return for longer-term federal bonds and, related, mortgages.

He doesn’t know how any of this works.

Denying coverage for pre-existing conditions isn’t healthcare. It’s extortion.
LANKFORD: In 2010, before Obamacare kicked in, the normal healthcare premium was $215.

HUNT: Right. But insurance companies could refuse to cover you for a preexisting condition

LANKFORD: That's true.

Better yet…

Imagine if all Americans bound together and negotiated healthcare pricing and coverage as one, huge group! Think of the power to lower costs we’d have then!

We could call it something like ‘Medicare’.
😉
Yes, and what if your access to affordable healthcare was considered a right guaranteed to everyone by the government and not a bauble of certain types of employment or friggin club store membership? What then?
Rand Paul on his healthcare plan: "What if you could join Costco? Costco has 44m members and if one person negotiated for all 44 and they bought a group plan like Toyota or General Motors does, they would be the largest collective entity in the country. They would drive prices down by sheer might."

Why, why, why does ANYONE listen to Fuentes!

(Or Piers for that matter.)
PIERS: “You’re not gay?”
FUENTES: “No. But women are very difficult to be around.”
P: “Should they vote?”
F: “No.”
PIERS: “They should stay home?”
FUENTES: “Yeah.”
PIERS: “So you’re just a misogynistic dinosaur. Have you ever had sex?”
FUENTES: “No.”
PIERS: “Wow. Says the guy who never got laid.”

The ONLY committee in the House that was working during the Epstein shutdown was the one scrubbing the files. They’ve had all the time they needed. The files will be squeaky clean.
Do you all remember November 19? When the vote was ratified to release the Epstein Files in their entirety? Yeah...it's December 7 now and still just some emails and a few pictures.

How do we prove that the files are being scrubbed and modified? Gee...if only a near-one-month delay could...

A billionaire who gives $1M to this ‘pregnancy center’ reduces their taxes by ~$370,000. That’s the same as Congress deciding to spend that money; but the billionaire decided.

“America First” was the slogan of the pro-Nazi movement in the USA in the 30’s.
McConnell knows that.

That’s rich coming from the architect. McConnell is just as responsible as Trump. He thought he could still control Trump and the senators, but he got older and Trump got bolder.

2. Thomas will point to Trump’s unlimited authority under Section 338 as an alternative.
3. Won’t require tariff refunds.

I mean, it’s great for the healthy, disaster for the sick.
Econ 101 midterm question: Based on what you know about risk pools and adverse selection in healthcare markets, will giving people money instead of giving them money to buy health insurance lead these markets to function more effectively, or will it just lead more people to be uninsured?
