I do feel the same way with my weight loss over the last 16 months. Although I'm glad I figured it out eventually, rather than never figured it out. But I completely understand what you're saying. Even with my progress I still hate my body, but who knows where I'd be if I started 2-3 years earlier

I personally weigh myself once a week at the same time, in the morning before I eat or drink anything. I haven't done measurements because I fear those numbers more than the scale. However, any way you're able to track and monitor progress is a must!

I've lost ~25kg since July 2024 and the thing I regret the most is not taking more pictures and measurements. I get so discouraged now because I feel like I'm not making progress, but based on the scale and my clothes, I know I am. I just don't have a visual to compare now vs then.

Also back to work today, but mentally on my knees in front of you.
