The focus is on short, practical exercises that help reframe thinking & teach mental principles (like the Stoic dichotomy of control) through simple, guided flows.

I think my favourite use case for Dear Future Me is sending my future self ridiculous dad jokes for me to chuckle at a year later

That’s exactly the book I’m reading through right now for that exact reason! I’m gonna have to change my approach, otherwise I’ll finish the year with 100’s of ideas and nothing shipped 😂
