The weight loss industry depends on taking credit for short-term weight loss then blaming clients for the almost certain long-term regain that is part of the same physiological response. This contributes to stereotypes about fat people, encourages harmful weight cycling, and is an absolute con job.

You can’t have a war against fatness without having a war against fat people, You can’t love the hypothetical thin person you wish I was while trying to eradicate the fat person that I am. You can't claim to be anti-weight stigma while wanting a world with no fat people in it.

Imma need some of you to think about thriving out of spite. I had big plans for 2025 and I’m definitely not gonna pre-derail them for likes of Elin and Tromp. I’m getting more involved. Loving harder. Writing hornier. Having more fun. I’m gonna be so kind to my neighbors, bitch.
