Per Stephen Miller, DHS and cosplaying Nazi Greg Bovino, the man they murdered today was actually a terrorist who was planning to massacre ICE agents. That is why he shot zero people despite plenty of opportunity. Instead he was filming with his phone and helping a woman who ICE had assaulted.
