i cannot for the life of me find the source of the drawing meme template but i just found this again and want to repost it #mugekha

an edited version of a drawing meme template depicting two figures sleeping in a bed, facing each other. the smaller figure on the left (who has been edited to have g'raha tia's ears, hair, archon mark, and tail) has his face pressed right up into the chest of the larger figure on the right (who has been edited to have muge's hair, horns, scales, and tail).

Ori looked like this after he defeated Storge. he was leaking light from various orifices. by the time he got to the Tempest, he was completely numb to physical sensation & his skin & hair were paper white & cold. he didn't need to eat, drink or even breathe. only Ardbert could reach him.

Ori's relationship to the Scions other than the twins is shaky at best. he has frequent night terrors abt the First & no one he's willing to commiserate with :'| either they can never fully understand (Aymeric, Estinien & Tataru weren't there) or he refuses to burden them with his trauma (the twins)

Ori's most traumatic near-death experience not having any physical evidence beyond his voice (which he rarely uses to speak with!!) is so dire. it adds to the unreality of the events of ShB. out of Ori's closest friends/loved ones, only the twins can corroborate what happened in the First....

in terms of longterm effects, Ori is lucky that his body wasn't permanently mutated from the corruption. the only physical evidence of his ordeal is his voice. coughing up corrupted blood/soul residue shredded his throat & vocal chords, giving him a permanently raspy voice & wheezy laugh
