I feel a bit better now that my space is organized. I took a part of one of my books to heart about reducing the chaos around the home (written long before "Sparking Joy" aired) and it still works. Hopefully I'll get the motivation to start writing soon.

I feel a bit better now that my space is organized. I took a part of one of my books to heart about reducing the chaos around the home (written long before "Sparking Joy" aired) and it still works. Hopefully I'll get the motivation to start writing soon.

Got moved and mostly settled in. Going from a near village of around 7k people to a city twenty times that is quite an incongruous juxtaposition. Also going from double digit temps to negative ones is a bit of a shock, but a pleasant one if I'm being honest.

My loglines are now more succinct & to the point! Hopefully a studio will be interested in something. I'd like to break in & save the industry before AI ruins it.

A little more context because this abruptness makes it sound like we got into a fight or something, which we didn't. I knew he was looking for a new job and he talked about maybe getting one and wasn't sure, but he just hit me with the announcement out of the blue.

One nice thing about not having a lot of stuff is it only took a couple hours to get packed. Just kick me in the nuts already.

Found out from a couple people that a coworker is trying to invent rumors about me since I'm not doing anything wrong at work.
Unfortunately for her she doesn't realize I'm an author of a children's book and would never say/do anything to ruin my reputation.
