🌱 Building a world where dementia care feels good
Kindness feels good, especially for the person being kind. It's good for the brain (feel-good hormones). Consider supporting people living with dementia to offer kindness themselves e.g. wrap gifts, donate items to charity, support a friend in need, listen to children read, bake for ppl, send cards.

#Caregiving is a master class in humility. We learn that we cannot fix every problem, can't meet every need. So much is beyond our control and more things change than remain reliable. What we can give relentlessly, deeply and tenderly is our #love.

#Caregiving for a person living with #dementia says more about what is in your heart than words alone could convey.
