Shortly heading off to collect the maremma with her now "gold-plated" leg. ACL surgery.

But these are my top two.
Claudia Black as Aeryn Sun in Farscape. The leather jacket is a long brown hunting jacket with a 'pirate' 'privateer' kind of flavour. Carrie Anne-Moss plays Trinity in the Matrix. In this publicity shot she is wearing a tight black body suit which has a PVC/patent leather shine to it. Her entire body is covered, including her hands, which are gloved. She sits, leaning forward slightly, her left hand, closest to our point of view, rests on her thigh, fingers spread; it seems to be the second main focal point of the shot. The main focal point is her face which is lit from above. She looks up, over her left shoulder. Her mouth is tight and determined. Her face is very contoured, emphasised by the make up. She is arresting.

The word I got when I screenshot the Merriam-Webster GIF is INSPIRING. It was written in lower case letters but I think ALL CAPS showcases how awesome that is. Also, it might indicate how desperate I am for 2026 to be better than 2025...

My little dog is a gorgeous boy but he gets jealous when I talk to the cat... which is sad. He and the cat are best buds, provided I give it NO attention.

At least the dogs are happy.
A fluffy white maremma (large dog) and brown and tan beaglier occupy a bed. The maremma faces toward the camera and appears sleepy, her head down and eyes mostly closed. The beaglier faces away from her and is occupying a fluffy rose blanket. We cannot see his face. The bed looks like it has a pink fitted sheet on it, but this is no longer over the mattress properly. It is almost as if the dogs, between them, have successfully UNMADE the bed. However, they seem quite content with this.

Which painting has exceeded your expectations most when you've seen it in person?
Mine below -
A painting made up of four panels, oil on canvas: Salt Lake by Sidney Nolan. The painting is a sepia wash with a sky in the background that suggests the northern lights - there is a glow of green and red in an otherwise foreboding sky with grey clouds breaking through a dust brown haze. Strokes on the canvas leading to the horizon line are rough and a vivid warm white.

Do you want to post a picture of yourself as a child?

'Cotton' is a maremma. She is all white, with long, shaggy fur and ears that hang down with long wispy strands coming off them. She is lying on brown carpet looking straight at the camera. Big black nose and brown eyes that look out under her fur as if she's always slightly puzzled.

Edward Cohen, vampire in Twilight, is depicted. Brooding, hunky vampire vibes with perfect hair and sad face (perhaps a touch too much lip gloss). His skin is whiter than humanly possible and it is sparkling in the sun as if someone has dusted him with chunky glitter.
