Thanks to my friends who helped me out during this ordeal, whether you tried to message him directly or offered to work on the art I never received. I can be patient and understanding, I've waited long spans of time for art before, and I'm sorry for his loss, he has my condolences. But I am a paying customer being yelled at, ghosted for a month at least, and eventually disconnected from any contact whatsoever without anything to show for it. I would have waited months if necessary, I'm very understanding as my life gets in the way and I understand that comms can sometimes take a while to be completed. But this is not how to treat a paying customer.
