I agree but my point (a cynical one i'll admit) is actually the top 1%, which includes a lot of decision makers, we're either not effected or did well out of the pandemic. More a general point about how the system is set up so they literally win whatever happens

Ugh. So there are so many reason this cant happen for decades. Radiation vs silicone chips, cant easily do the cooling, would cost more than the earth to lift everything etc.

Biggest question: why is the Wall Street Journal reporting this? A lie brought by proven liers?
