Is anyone else having issues with Amazon absolutely shitting the bed with shipments lately? I have had two “Amazon Day” deliveries be, like, completely lost (one was noted as “destroyed in shipping”) as well as two other one-off purchases. What on Earth is going on?

Meanwhile, our FedEx guy just dumps boxes in front of our apartment complex’s Hub in an open parking deck and calls it a day.

Medical education is so punitive to those who, I dunno, just wanna heal people. If you wanna know why clinicians are so jaded and burnt out, it starts at the beginning of the journey. Schools start it, the corporate health system just finishes the job.
