That's a definite mood. I remember they did dump the game on archive.org because of their studio head being a massive dick to the point of them splitting into four separate ones and much of the writing team - the ones that were blocked from earnings talks - leaving. www.reddit.com/r/Games/comm...

it's like the time when "algorithm" was the bad word everyone hated. like yes social media algorithms suck when we just want a simple chronologic timeline. but the word "algorithm" is just a fancy word for a set of rules that a computer program follows.

I think it's less about if they want it and more if they can bail safely after It Happens. Like if Actual Process is followed, they'll be in light amounts of shit at the least. Otherwise they don't want to get got in anyway shape or form.
