7: Houuugh there we go. Was struggling with the annoyance of putting booted foot down on the chairmat, and it steadily just aching as I do that from trying to find the right point to really rest it.

It ebbs and flows as the year passes, but yeah, every winter it becomes a hellish thought of "oh boy, did I work enough to get good tax credits so I'm not footing the whole bill?"

Or on dental, I had a whole scare recently where it seemed like, back'n'forth, my insurance wasn't covering my shit for relatively-routine checkups and simple fillings, and I can't tell if that was technical errors or dentist/insurance just arbitrarily *fucking me* over technicalities!

It fucking well is; I'm benefiting from it, but terrified because each year I basically have to gamble that prices haven't jumped wildly out of such since I *have* to get Marketplace plans.

HELL, I got lucky I broke my toe *now* instead of next year, would'a cost me $135 just to diagnose!!
