The National Institute of Military Justice describes how prosecuting Mark Kelly damages free speech, violates the separation of powers, and undermines the legislative branch.

They treat the administration as adults and don't pretend it's an accident. I wish more people would do that.

Sorrowfully, this is just a misleading AI fake.

But here's a real one.

FFS.

The legality of killing survivors isn't 'blurry.' It's a goddamn war crime. That's literally the example in the DoD Law of War Manual: ogc.osd.mil/Portals/99/d...

If MSNOW is going to be the same passive voice, half-stepping crap as everyone else, then thanks, but no. I have enough already.

Look, I appreciate people with active fantasy lives, but really, Mister President? This is just pitiful stuff.

No, people don't like you. You knew they didn't like the things you were doing, but you did them anyway. Either get better at your job or suck it up. There is no third option.

"...THE HIGHEST POLL NUMBERS OF MY “POLITICAL CAREER."

Nope. Lowest.

The worst part is that it doesn't look like Trump's lying or in denial. He may not even understand what's actually happening. Dissociating seems bad for the President.

Funny that Republicans have no comment.

Trump freaks out the day after he had to sign the Epstein bill. What's it mean?

First, Trump intends to issue illegal orders. Obvs.

Second, he's losing power and terrified. The Epstein cover-up was critical to Trump and his rich MAGA donors, but Trump couldn't stop it.

Is the dam bursting?

Note that this list includes "Suzlberger" (NY Times publisher?) and "Schumer."

Schumer? Wonder what he meant.

It's a truism that Democrats build stuff and Republicans light it on fire. Have Republicans built anything in the last generation that benefits most Americans? I can't think of much.

But there's one place they're building like crazy: ICE and CBP. They need violence and intimidation.

Uzbekistan has a total GDP of around $115 billion. No, they won't be investing $35 billion in America. They're a tiny country.

Imagine someone who pretends that's not the reality. What a drooler, right?

Trump forgot Guam, the Virgin Islands, Samoa, and the Northern Mariana Islands. Maybe he doesn't remember them?

Anyway, I think the American democracy is a decent governing system. We should do more of it.

Sadly, Trump and the Republican Party disagree with democracy unless they benefit.

Trump's been rage-posting about the election on his vanity site for two days now! I tried counting yesterday, but stopped at 40 posts.

That guy needs his fluffer. Anyone seen Laura Loomer?

Anyway, now he's lying about how low 'his' food prices are. As if Trump's ever bought groceries in his life.

Speaker of the House Mike Johnson will probably never bring the House back in session. But he can't dissolve our democracy by himself. The Rules Committee could also bring bills to the floor without the Speaker.

Lean on them especially hard.

Wow. The first seven words include four different lies. I can't even count the number of lies in the second sentence, but I'm up to 16 lies in that long third sentence.

Weirdly impressive. Does he rub one out while he thumbs this one-handed? Does someone have to clean him up afterward?

People never believe me. Yes, ICE is buying guided missiles.

Trump calls anyone he hates 'terrorists' so he can use military force. We're talking about protesters, Democratic Party leaders, Dem voters, people who say mean things, etc.

And immigration airstrikes.

Wait! You forgot to mention how your neck looks like a wrinkly tube filled with chicken grease that someone managed to squeeze under your collar.

And no, that wispy excuse for hair doesn't look like a crown. It leaves you looking bald. Because you are.

Damn, but that man's brain is fried.

Quick reminder: On January 6th, 2020, the President of these United States was...

Donald Jessica Trump. Yup, clearly an inside job!

I'm starting to think that Trump is as emasculated as Speaker Mike Johnson. Both of them must have their balls floating in a jar somewhere.

Do Stephen Miller and Russell Vought let Trump see his preserved testicles to keep him motivated? Keep doing what we tell you and you can have these back!

These are the top Republican donors of 2024. Since Speaker Johnson shut the House — stopping critical work — to stop any Epstein file disclosures, I have to assume that most of the biggest are in the files somewhere.

Mellon? Uihlein? Adelson? The victims already mentioned Singer.

Thomas Massie writes: The government is shutdown, but the House refuses to go back in session. Why are we in recess? Because the day we go back into session, | have 218 votes for the discharge petition to force a vote on releasing the Epstein files. @SpeakerJohnson doesn’t want that to be the news.
