Full throttle up the Rahal straight, left tire cradling the curb, sharp stab of brakes ahead of the crest, come off the brakes slightly at crest to prevent lockup, and then rev matching the downshift into second while trailbraking to enter the corkscrew. I still can't do it right.

Improvement (my word) and development (your interpretation) are two different things. Improvement isn't offering ticketholders somewhere to go shopping. Improvement is reinforcing the communities around the stadium sites whose quality of life should have been enriched and never was.
