Every election is a sort of collective entrance exam into the future. It occasionally happens that populations fail the exam.

But for the US to fail essentially a resit of its 2016 exam, featuring the same questions, having studied the answers for eight years, is much rarer and pretty unforgivable.

If i get this right, The New York Times gadget site has discovered a paper notepad "Ugmonk’s Analog, a delightfully old-school to-do list system" and notes gleefully "There’s no app to download and no account to sign up for."
Ugmonk’s Analog, a delightfully old-school to-do list system that operates like a sleek version of a Post-It note. There’s no app to download and no account to sign up for.

The best thing about Sydney Sweeney‘s jeans is that it suggests that, even now, in the everyone’s-famous and/or a Nazi-for-15-seconds era, come August there’s still a silly season.

I disagree. I will tell you what's wrong with his jeans. 🧵
The DoD Rapid Response team on Twitter writes: "The Secretary of Defense has great jeans." The attached photo shows Sec. Pete Hegseth wearing a blue sport coat, white button-up shirt, blue jeans, and a big buckle Western belt.
