Yeah it’s a bit rough, I’m very grateful that my mental health treatment and meds help as much as they do! Luckily this one at least had a clear trigger (sometimes they seem to happen with no clear cause). And while I can’t do much about the trigger I’m glad to at least know of it!

Actually, I think the far-right is accurately identifying an existential issue.

So many of the most vehement far-right were either heavily bullied or did the bullying.

Teaching empathy to the next generation is fundamentally at odds with conservative political philosophy.
