I vaguely remember (would love clarification, his tweets are gone) in 2021 he tweeted that he was not able to communicate anymore with the clients he screwed over, for some reason or another. this was a big deal on twitter at the time so I’m not sure how he was unaware!

my cpa thinks I’m a hairdresser no matter how often I correct her, they truly do not give a shit if you do furry work. They want to get into your books and answer your questions and file your return get out because they have 1000 other returns to do. Ask your local small biz folks who they use!

I’m not up to date with his current situation— he might be fine now (tho there are one million other competent CPAs you can use who won’t care that you are furry for a living), but a lot of people had their stuff messed up. most of the mess is on twitter circa 2021-2023. x.com/search?q=Tax...
