I just found out about Pathological Demand Avoidance and, one...who names these things? It's like they pick the most stigmatizing thing they could call it. AND. Why isn't this the first thing I was taught to deal with as an ADHDer? It stops me from doing the bulk of required things for being alive.

It's really horrific to me that so many people are cosigning this. There are so many people in red states that are oppressed by the current admin. We will be hurt by these things.
