Last week, I made a few snack mixes & the office favorite has been a firecracker blend, inspired by Mama Sue's Southern Kitchen (tinyurl.com/pa3ama67). I added a few leftovers from making Chex Mix, used butter, & toasted the mix in a low oven for an hour. Unhealthy af, but delicious.
