Cuppa Tea Old Fashioned
6g tea per 1c water.
Boil water, add tea.
5-8m steep.
Strain tea
1c sugar per 1c water.
Low heat (no boil) til dissolved.
Once cooled…
2oz Whiskey
1/2 oz Tea Syrup
2 dashes Angostura
1 dash Orange Bitters
Cuppa Tea Old Fashioned
