If she makes bail, she is on house arrest at her own expense. As if she has already been convicted. Guilty until proven otherwise is that how Florida works?

Started looking at legislation that @warren.senate.gov and @joshhawley.bsky.social offered to reform PBMs. Definitely resolves some important points. But I it ignores just how smart the big PBMs are. It also ignores that there are 25 plus Pass Through PBMs that do the right thing for sponsors
