I agree with @bradengall.bsky.social's assertion that Notre Dame's omission from the CFP is evidence against the Worldwide Leader's meddling, but there's a tin foil hat I could don in which they're playing the long game and left ND out to usher in the 16 team + play-in era.

I truly don’t get the appeal of podcasts having to be video now. Podcasts are at their very best when you’re doing something else, working out or playing videogames etc, and no good podcaster has ever been someone who should be shown on screen that’s just not how that works. It’s a goblin job.

Today is only the second time Ohio State has played an HBCU. The other was FAMU in 2013. As I recall, the Marching 100 did not travel to that game, which was the start of the season after their suspension. If that is indeed correct, Grambling was just the first HBCU band to play in Ohio Stadium.

Let me tell y'all how fast I almost made a spontaneous trip: Looking at today's cfb schedule, I noticed Western Carolina is at Wake Forest. Hopped on Pride of the Mountains' social media to see if they were making the trip. If they were, I'd be on my way to Winston right now.
