Not exaggerating by the way, a few days ago I returned someones purse that they dropped, and for an hour afterwards all that was in my head was "You stupid piece of shit. You probably scared her by trying to get her attention. And for what? So you could feel useful. Fuck you"
At the start of the year, I assumed my mental health would improve; then I had someone tell me, "the only reason you are kind is that it makes you feel good, and you're selfish". Totally fucked my brain because now I can't even say "thank you" to someone without my brain calling me a piece of shit
