I’ll believe Trump won’t use force to invade Greenland when he doesn’t.

Till then, all bets are off because he’s said he will and he won’t so which is a lie?
Trump steps back from the brink on Greenland. But the damage has been done.

Trump’s misguided effort to acquire Greenland, even with the threat of force off the table, has changed the way allies see the U.S.

This really is the revolt of the degenerates, the freaks, the guys who follow teenage girls around shopping malls, the guys who talk about 'virtue signalling' because they hate virtue, against normal people who are just trying to live their lives.

Buy books, avoid this apocalyptic vision!
Keep me and my colleagues employed, nobody needs bands of unemployed booksellers roaming the streets trying to put things into alphabetical order and grabbing strangers to recommend books like an even more demented version of the ancient mariner

Alright. Fine. Let's put together our list of things we think Carney should do and should stop doing. I'll compile it from the comments in a fresh thread, then we can all post it when we inevitably get asked what we think he should and shouldn't do.

King Charles will be opening Canada's parliament later this month — the first time the English monarch has done so in 50 years. He'll be delivering PM Carney's first speech from the throne.

It's a clear bit of symbolism as Canada tries to re-orient back towards Europe and way from America.

One problem; there is no treatment for measles. Signed, a doctor who’s been forced to deal with measles because of this stupid fraud.
RFK Jr. asks CDC for new measles treatment guidance amid his unfounded claims
Kennedy claimed that drugs like budesonide and clarithromycin "have been shown very effective" for measles, but doctors say they don't fight the infection itself.

Morning Canada. Only 4 days until the election; 1,187 days since Russia invaded Ukraine. The US has presented a peace deal that amounts to capitulation and that Putin will certainly not honour. Yesterday Trump resumed gibbering about Canada as a US state, and this guy is now a White House reporter.
