It is brilliant. Makes a sound when the eggs are finished but also turns off so if I accidentally ignore it the eggs are not at risk of being over-boiled!

This is why I love my egg boiler! Normally single use appliances is something I avoid but that one means I can actually make boiled eggs without risk :) so worth it!
