I'm sure Bovino has notified his superiors that he has damning evidence and communications squirreled away for mutually assured destruction if they even think of not backing him. If he's going to jail, it'll have to happen after Trump.

I do agree that the puppet episode of Angel was insanely good, and that s5 in general had an embarrassment of riches especially with cast and crew coming over from Firefly. It could have easily gone another 5 seasons.

Hard disagree. Whedon did a masterful job weaving the major plot threads and show history into an episode that encapsulated the essence of musicals where the characters have so much to express that mere speech isn’t enough. Unfortunately it led to a crap ton of bad musical episodes from other shows.

Trying to remember the last time I went to a non-kids movie with an actual GROUP vs one or two friends. Do people over the age of 30 still do that? I’d normally put it on me being me but parent vs childless and changing movie trends have to be factors too.

Looks like Elfman is in the music video of the song they performed along with Winona Ryder, and according to YouTube I'm the 8,400,001st person to 'discover' this. Go ahead and take my Gen X card now, it's in my overstuffed trifold wallet next to my Blockbuster membership.

They may do it like they do with conservative books...giving the movie tickets away as part of the package for a convention or something similar, and those count as sales. So many conservative books have hit the New York Times bestseller lists that way.

I read a post the other day about how we're still screwed over the stuff Reagan did, and it feels like Trump is doing that level of damage. Generational.

Tough challenge...closest I could get was this one that reminded me of Wes Anderson with the blending of art to background, the setting, slow mo, and Bill Nighy who I don't think has been in one of his films but feels like he should.
