It irks me when folks give "feel better" solutions to folks who suffer clinical depression. You can't smile your way out of it. At the same time, I think it's important to be able to sit with the person who is going through it, if only to be a presence for them.

It sucks, especially for Black men.

The text of the 2nd Amendment was changed to placate racists; later corrupted by an openly extremist Supreme Court.

Facts are, text of the second-most important amendment was changed from “Nation” to “State” to appease states who demanded the right to guns—to keep Black people in line. Stay woke.
