I wish 2026 is the year we stop the drain that scientific publishers impose on science.
Instead of funding science, increasing shares of shrinking research budgets are funneled to publishers in exchange of.. not much.

In sum: results are 😍, but we need to better understand what it was about the experimental intervention that made it 👌.

Did Charlie Brown football kick attempts (cartoon strip) occur during the US football season? Yes they did. At least ChatGPT 04 mini high's analysis is pretty clear. I haven't checked the raw data though. 41 attempts, all in-season.
