As an English teacher and language coach I am having a hard time reconciling my belief that AI is nothing more than a tool, and as such we need to learn to use it, with the need to encourage students and coachees to write their own texts. Any ideas?

I have a genuine question: if someone in Bluesky sympathizes with Israel, or agrees with Trump, or believes immigration needs to be curtailed, or thinks pineapple does not belong on pizza, will the community be welcoming of that person's views?
