But that can be said of pretty much every large news outlet, in which case where can you crosscheck your info?

I love your optimism, but I'm having a hard time sharing it. Last time we made it to the playoffs was with Trubisky as QB... #ChicagoBears #nfl

I'm not sure of it didn't trickle down, or if we have just spent our extra income on crap like smartphones and video games.

Populist political philosophy, movement, or regime exalting nation and often race above individual, associated with a centralized, autocratic government headed by a dictatorial leader, characterized by severe economic and social regimentation and forcible suppression of opposition. Merriam-Webster.

Yes, we agree. There are people who say tariffs have benefits, but the problem I see is the unforeseeable nature of international reactions.

Trump has used a blanket statement of all products, but most likely raw materials will be exempt from tariffs. This is all in the hope of bringing manufacturing jobs back to the US, but the real problem is the impact this will have on American exports when tariffs are placed from the other side.

I'll give you that, it's a metaphor, like Rousseau's concept of the "social contract," it still does not make it a solution to the paradox, it simply changes the issue from whether or not to tolerate bigoted speech to a discussion about the metaphor.

I don't think this solves the Tolerance Paradox, it's only a red herring (since the reply to the OP mentions rhetoric, I might as well use it), it changes the issue from tolerating the opinions of those we disagree with to what the social contract we have accepted is.

That is exactly why I asked. I've been complaining about not being able to have a healthy discussion in the other place, but if I'm only surrounded by like-minded people, how does being in Bluesky make me any different? Did I move from one inimical echo chamber to a friendly one, but no less blind?
