8(a) specifically excludes motor vehicles, and the rest of section 8 goes on to exclude a bunch of other industries as well, so i'm pretty sure it is that overbroad

A company that used to be an eponym for "finding reliable information quickly and easily" was recently found telling people to put glue in their pizza because of a short-sighted pivot to a profitable trend. Like, come on, even if what you're saying was true there's a problem of scale here.
