I do mostly items, but I also do other stuff from time to time, particularly character sheets are my favorite.

I turned my stream overlay into a gacha game.

It starts out blank, and viewers must pull the gameplay capture and chat into existence.

Each pull has 4 overlay elements, and they must vote on the top 2.

There are effects to flip the stream or invert colors for more chaos.
