We should ABSOLUTELY use the Trump playbook. Draw conclusions before the evidence comes in, when something looks bad make it sound worse.
Example: “Trump’s incompetence, defunding and attacking federal oversight agencies directly responsible for deadly mid-air crash in DC. Everyone knows.”
