This is interesting to me. I had assumed that an administrative warrant would at least be signed by an immigration judge. While not an Article III judge, still somebody who would (hopefully) fairly consider the legality of issuing a warrant. But it can be any immigration officer?

CISA is also trying to build a SCIF at a South Dakota university, where there is no national security/intelligence need for one. However, Dakota State University has ties to Noem, and could benefit from future federal contracts if it has a SCIF.
