Having been down this dark hole, I would go for Natural Cork Flooring tiles. Not fake stuff. Its relative in price when you think of durability. Can lay and seal yourself. Will withstand flooding if prept right.

Very nice. Job well done. May I suggest burning your deck? It sounds strange, but we burn't ours using Japenesse technique. Then three coats of Tung Oil. Deck becomes fire, water resistant. The reason why Japanese buildings last 100s of years.
