I think this bit from the recent Bloomberg piece is the first acknowledgement I've seen from Falcom that they might decide to just keep making more Trails stuff after it ends. (Which, of course they will, but still)
In recent years, Kondo and his team have given a lot of thought to concluding the Trails series. He said he doesn't yet know exactly when it will come to an end but that they will probably cover one more area of the game's world before finishing. "We want to have a strong finish in the end, and after that we'll think of what we want to do for the series, whether to just end it there or continue on," he said. "But first we're going to focus our full attention on getting a great ending."

I heard Off The Grid is an NFT game. Is that true? Off The Grid is not an NFT game. It's a battle royale game with an optional NFT element. If you want to try out NFTs, you can; if you don't want to, you don't have to. It's entirely up to the player how they want to play the game, and the game is playable without dipping into NFTs.
