Sen. Booker’s speech was a substantive and moral account of this moment. He did not read the phone book. He did not babble.
For 24 hours @booker.senate.gov laid out a detailed, damning, and critical narrative of truth, history, politics, morality, humanity.

What will you do?

This is the 20th straight hour of Booker speaking. This is the energy and honesty we need in a Senate leader, not what we have been getting. bsky.app/profile/atru...
Booker: "I confess that I have been imperfect. I confess that I've been inadequate to the moment. I've confess that the Democratic Party has made terrible mistakes that gave a lane to this demagogue. I confess we all must look in the mirror and say 'we will do better.'"

Elon Musk to reporter: “We post our actions to the DOGE website. All of our actions are maximally transparent. I don’t know of a case where an organization has been more transparent than the DOGE organization.”

Here’s the doge.gov website IN ITS ENTIRETY. It’s literally a blank page!

When I was a Hill staffer in 2009, a Dem trifecta was trying to pass universal healthcare. In response, Senate GOP released a memo detailing all of the tactics they in the minority could use to delay the effort as much as possible. I'm recirculating that 2009 GOP memo here. Take inspiration from it.

The GOP wants to fight on “federal funding.” They’re not attacking “funding.” They’re attacking veterans, kids who need school lunches, people battling cancer, workers trying to unionize.
