Thank you, hotel. Our window view of downtown was magical and reminds me of why I don’t own a car and prefer taking the train or biking.

I started new medication a few weeks ago to help manage my anxiety and depression. Over the weeks, I've been reflecting on how it's working, ways I'm managing any spikes in anxiety that start, and even what I want to do with this new baseline. One thing I miss is drawing and making art.
