The problem is you assume they want to "engage and have reals discussions on real issues." They don't. When confronted with facts, data, science, actual laws, and the like, they resort to spewing lies, disinformation and hate.

it sounds dramatic but I just woke up screaming in pain. My skin feels like lava and like someone is peeling it off my body. In a few hours the dizziness will start. This is why im always afraid to get this shot. I literally have to plan my life around for days. But at least i can get a vaccine
