Yes, spacing, contrast, overall design as well as font choice are keys to readability, and, as I often say, if you have met one disabled person, you have met one disabled person. Someone else with the same diagnosis or condition may have different needs.

Many abled people, used to binary thinking (you are either "normal" or "disabled") laugh at the idea that glasses are a disability accommodation. But they are!
