The cool thing about Magic the Gathering is how it uses the mechanics to tell the story of a card. Final Fantasy is also a series invested in developing a narrative through mechanics. The Spider-Man set is “what if Spider-Man was here”

I've been asked a few times about how to get into Atelier, so I put together a little something on what makes it stand out as a cozy RPG series and some different angles in (many of which are in the Steam sale atm). My main goal is hopefully explaining why you might want to check it out!

Played the prerelease for the Spider-Man MTG set and managed to place 10th out of 30. Also got a mythic as my promo card and pulled the amazing meme card from one of my prize packs 🤩

That one is so pretty! The colours are gorgeous! Do you use it as a planner or journal? I went for A5 size in days free this year - I journal and decorate a lot so the bigger space is nice, but I haven’t been as good at keeping up with it every day so trying days free instead
