The twenty-first century. Mankind has colonized the last unexplored region on earth, the ocean. The SeaQuest local state governing board is the guardians of the permit. For beneath the surface lies the future of zoning regulation and land use swaps.

Once again I ask the people who go "Just show your papers!" when confronted by ICE -- How do you do that when they refuse to believe any evidence you show them?

Still think Antifa isn't violent? Here's bodycam footage of Antifa founder B.J. Blazkowicz shooting a heroic member of ICE who was just trying to protect this great nation. Thank God we have Blazkowicz's girlfriend in custody.

Even funnier if you think that he doesn’t type this stuff but yells them at an admin. Or writes them in sharpie to be retyped.

Also hilarious that even as president where he has access to every secure transmission service as well as their obvious use of private email — he STILL talks to his direct reports via DMs.

Doesn’t she literally work in the same building as him?

I was offered by Soros the position of Vice President (Suburb Division).

But I had to turn him down because I could not meet the strict push-up requirements he installed in response to the new American fitness regimen.

It’s cool. We just used the digital signature we have on file.

I use it with my laptop when traveling (I got a small case to hold it). Its not the most portable thing. But man it feels good to type numebrs on. Reminds me of the old calculators that used to run on the ribbon rolls.

I actually own the number pad. It is surprisingly nice. Vey mechanical and clacky.

Hey, you guys? Is it a good sign or a bad sign if the prosecution is just getting its hands around the evidence *after* it criminally charged the former FBI director?
annabower.bsky.social
At one point during the hearing, the judge asked the prosecution why the case can’t be tried before mid-December.

Lemons replied: We are “just getting our hands around” discovery in the case.

There’s lots of it, he added, and it includes a “significant” amount of classified information.

Cybersecurity training went just as bad. They keep plugging in random USB drives they are given at burning man. We once had our entire database of scented bath bombs completely erased.

I STILL SMELL LIKE LILACS TRYING TO REPLACE THE BATH BOMB TESTING DATABASE. I HATE LILACS.

OK. It's going to be coming out soon because of the relentless investigations of Pam Bondi and Kash Patel, so I might as well admit it before the news breaks:

I am the General Counsel of Antifa.

Last month’s board meeting lasted 12 hours because Frank brought out the hacky sack in the middle of the CEO’s report during the mandatory puppy yoga segment.

Every liberal group is definitely planning to be at the event. He should avoid going.

Plus, it’s a school night. She has to get home for an exam.

I would have played the hell out of this. It sounds like a fantastic follow up to AC: Black Flag and its DLC.

The elimination of USAID is a moral atrocity and all involved made a choice to enable, and then lie about, ending the lives of some of the most vulnerable people in the world.
MAE SOT, Thailand (AP) - Mohammed Taher clutched the lifeless body of his 2-year-old son and wept. Ever since his family's food rations stopped arriving at their internment camp in Myanmar in April, the father had watched helplessly as his once-vibrant baby boy weakened, suffering from diarrhea and begging for food.
On May 21, exactly two weeks after Taher's little boy died, U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio sat before Congress and declared: "No one has died" because of his government's decision to gut its foreign aid program. Rubio also insisted: "No children are dying on my watch."
That, Taher says, "is a lie."

The NY Times continues to be the biggest sucker in the world for bad faith bullshit, just so the publisher can claim they're not too liberal and to pretend they'll somehow convince MAGA they're being fair to them.

Despite appearances, this is not a @nytpitchbot.bsky.social joke, it's an actual @nytimes.com column by some Claremont hack who praises Hegseth for his "nuanced vision of the military’s purpose and its relationship to civilian society."

Gonna be thinking about this lede for a minute.
(RNS) — Last month, the Rev. David Black stood in front of a Chicago-area U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement facility and spread his arms wide. Adorned in all black and wearing a clerical collar, the pastor looked up at a group of masked, heavily armed ICE agents on the roof and began to pray.

“I invited them to repentance,” Black, a minister in the Presbyterian Church (USA), said in an interview. “I basically offered an altar call. I invited them to come and receive that salvation, and be part of the kingdom that is coming.”

But when Black began to lower his arms a few seconds later, the agents responded to his spiritual plea by firing pepper balls, or chemical agents that cause eye irritation and respiratory distress, video footage shows. One struck Black in the head, exploding into a puff of white pepper smoke and forcing him to his knees. Fellow demonstrators rushed to his aid, and as the pastor rubbed his face in pain, the agents continued to fire.

“We could hear them laughing,” Black said.
