A few days ago I informed Russia, as well as the laws of economics, that there would be no recession. As Czar cannot be wrong, interest rate had to be lowered today to reflect these facts.

Apparently letting a country that gave up nukes be invaded will lead other countries to decide they better have nukes cos they won't believe your promises that they don't need nukes.
