Now I’m watching season too and the good Dr is being consumed in this season too.
I will say there is a bunch of Dr Pepper product placement in this season of Stranger Things too.

Elephants need more space than zoos can provide.

So where should they go?

Europe's first large-scale elephant sanctuary is about to launch in Portugal, promising a place that the elephants can live out their final years with space and companionship www.ft.com/content/060a...

Either the Duffer Brothers had a very precise plan all along or they’ve pulled on threads at a very minute level.
Even by episode 2 two things are pretty clear in this rewatch:
1. The homages to movies like E.T.
2. Some of the aspects that come up later in the series (like the many ways Will is “different.”)

Dipshit is smashing out a car window with his gun, barrel first. Just rogue, cowboy stiff.

There were two US citizens in the car. They were apprehended and detained for “obstructing” ICE by honking their horn to let people know ICE was in the neighborhood.

This is consistent with what we reported on Saturday, though the framing is (preposterously) positive.
-Schumer was getting regular updates from the Cave Caucus
-He didn't want to be seen as pro-caving but was fine with them negotiating to cave
-Shaheen wouldn't say Schumer was working against her
