There's a lot of golf courses out there in cities that don't have the water to support them. Cities have a lot of room for creativity in how to use this space.

The studio floor plan (315sf) also looks pretty claustrophobic. I would totally eat in a cafeteria and do laundry in the laundry room to get a little more space but I guess in-unit facilities are hot rn.

Lake Travis is at its highest level since 2022 and still growing rapidly. But, obviously, we got the rain much too fast and I can't stop thinking about the girls from Camp Mystic.
