Professional athletes' college experience is very different from the average person's. In many cases, it includes much less traditional education. College attendance or even completion is likely not very meaningful for this population.

I think this is too broad. People choose between having kids and, say, traveling. Make traveling cheaper and you may get fewer babies. We specifically need to make raising kids higher quality and cheaper.

Why should people not be allowed to rent single family houses? If you want to live in a single family house but can't afford a down payment, or don't know how long you're going to live there, renting is a good option
