Flatbeds show up surprisingly cheap on Craigslist and Facebook Marketplace. It’s a learning curve, but they will outclass anything you can do on an Addi.

Child labor is cheaper though.
I think the budget was spent on buying the house from Amityville Horror, moving it to the site of the Chicago neighborhood, demolishing it (to remove the curse), and building the house from the movie in its place.

This is the only drinkable spec I’ve found too.
I prefer Grassotti for a dry vermouth, but anything is better than Martini & Rossi.
A Pink Gin could be good with Old Tom as well. Do a 4+ shakes of Angostura in place of the vermouth.
