I use WordPress - it has a free level option as well as paid features that allow for more - but it allows simple text and visuals formatting, and has a variety of free "themes" for layout etc. Paid services provide additional themes,media storage, and options for paid subscribers and sales.

Whether it is grounded in religion, spirituality, or some other source, take hold of your faith and face this onslaught with calm resolve, and then take your rest when you need it.
I'm saying this more to myself than to you, but perhaps it will be helpful.

Find things that are self-care, that feel restorative, and make time for rest, because we cannot succumb to this assault on our consciousness, our moral compass, our sense of right and wrong, our understanding of justice.

We are maintaining a focus on truth in the face of an onslaught of distortion and insanity. We have to find a way to power up too, because it's going to get much, much worse in the coming months and years.

Fighting that all day every day since November 6, 2024, when you know you're not crazy and that the world isn't functioning sensibly, wears everything in you down. I think it's OK that we're exhausted, that we want to withdraw, that we are truly deeply weary.

How can you be part of a marginalized group and get excited about a politician whose career is built around mocking and disempowering marginalized people? Are humans losing empathy? Do white gays think being white will protect them?
